Thanksgiving 2008

Avery - the night before the Thanksgiving holiday! We headed to AZ to visit my family last Saturday and stayed for a week. We had a really nice time and enjoyed spending time with family. We have so much to be thankful for this year and are so blessed to have such great friends and family.

Sabino Canyon/Bear Canyon in Tucson, AZ - Nate and I were able to have a nice little getaway while Grandma watched Avery. It was really nice - can't you tell how relaxed we both are?!? We stayed at an awesome resort, hiked during the day and enjoyed a few too many margaritas at night.....

After Aunt Lisa showed Avery how to climb the stairs (thanks Lisa!), she was unstoppable about pursuing them! So we had to take turns literally sitting on the stairs to prevent her from climbing them. She wasn't too happy about that and tried to bite me at one point! Not nice, Avery!
